'SQUATS  WORKOUT FOR- lower body  MOVEMENT- compound, bilateral   JOINT ACTION- knee extn, hip extn   MUSCLES - quads, gluteus  maximus and hamstring.   Keeping the LOCKDOWN in mind I have come across online and virtual TRAINING and a lot of trainers are TRAINING their clients through video calling, but many a times its difficult to explain them how to do a particular exercise. Keeping that in mind i have created a workout library or you can say exercise library where a person can find all the exercises and specific exercise so even if you are a trainer you can share these short workout links to your clients before hand so that they can watch the exercise before you start your training session with them.
